Camps and seminars provide
focused, intense agility instruction over one or more days, often with more than

Camps
One full day is spent with each instructor. The guest instructors at
Awesome Paws Camps are specifically selected so that the information
presented will be consistent from day to day. Every effort is made to group
campers into groups with similar skills and interests. Groups are limited to 12
dog and handler teams.

Seminars
Seminars geared toward specific
topics are offered at Awesome Paws periodically. This year Linda is offering
Foundation Seminars geared toward basic skills needed for success with Linda’s
system of handling. Check the calendar
for dates.
The purpose of this seminar is to provide an
overview of Linda's handling system and hopefully provide everyone with a basic
understanding of how to make it work. There will be a 5+ hour lecture/demo that
will cover the "theory" and basic skills the dog must have for the
system to be successful.
The next day is spent with volunteers doing drills that are designed to show how to apply the
system. The exercises are very basic. The purpose is not to perfect the skills,
but to try and help everyone understand how to apply the concepts to common
sequences. The goal is simply to give everyone an idea of how the system works.

Private
Seminars
Private group seminars are
available at Awesome Paws. Individuals may organize themselves into groups with
similar interests that would like a seminar geared toward their special needs.

Observers are welcome to attend seminars and camps at Awesome Paws with approval of the instructor and for a small fee.
